BAY Swimming Lessons

Kids are born explorers. In a world that’s 71% water, it’s only a matter of time before they want to see and experience an ocean, lake, or river for themselves.

Any body of water carries a risk of drowning, but as a parent or caregiver, you don’t want anything to hold your child back. Swimming is more than just a summer hobby – it’s a way to exercise, bond with family and friends, and even feel a sense of accomplishment.

Knowing how to swim and be safe around water can save lives. BAY Swimming Lessons will give your children the tools they need to be confident in and around water, so they can explore to their hearts’ content.

Our 9-session course teaches kids water safety and basic swimming techniques through lessons, instruction, and fun activities to reinforce skills learned.

Lessons are taught by BAY Swim Team coaches and swimmers who volunteer their skills to help others discover a love of swimming.

Participation in BAY Swim Lessons is one part of the process to develop your child’s water safety and swimming skills.  Year-round practice, regular exposure to water, and positive encouragement are the tools for developing your child’s comfort level in and around the water.
