So why would you treat childbirth differently?

Pregnancy is a journey that requires major preparation due to the demands placed on the body during that time. Childbirth is no small feat, but most Pre/Postnatal programs only focus on low-intensity exercise. This simple movement is great for cardiorespiratory and muscular fitness, but doesn’t provide specific preparation for the high-stress event of labor.

Our Trainer – Emily Wessel

Emily Wessel is a Pre/Postnatal Performance Training Specialist certified through PROnatal Fitness as well as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). For the past two years, Emily has motivated and empowered large groups of people to create significant, lasting, health and fitness improvements though her group fitness classes.

To extend her reach and provide a crucial service to what has become an under-served and misinformed demographic, Emily has devoted countless hours to becoming an expert in providing women with the highest quality pre and postnatal fitness training. Pregnancy is a journey that requires major preparation due to the demands placed on the body during that time. Emily believes in providing women with fitness programs that are safe, effective, and based in science that will give women the strength to successfully conquer each and every challenge of motherhood.

Every personal training package comes with a free pre-training intake session to help your trainer get to know you, where you’re starting, and where you hope to go with Personal Training.

30 Minute Sessions

  • 1 Session – $20 member / $30 nonmember
  • 6 Sessions – $90 member / $150 nonmember
  • 12 Sessions – $180 member / $300 nonmember

60 Minute Sessions

  • 1 Session – $35 member / $50 nonmember
  • 6 Sessions – $180 member / $300 nonmember
  • 12 Sessions – $350 member / $500 nonmember
