Skip the bun/ bread! If you are trying to shed some pounds but find yourself at a family cookout, just skip the bun! I always eat my burgers without a bun and it’s just as satisfying. I will usually get cheese on top of my burger, but if you want to be really good, you can also skip the cheese. Without a bun, you also wont feel as guilty going for seconds! YUM!
